Your mission

• You key task is the generation of leads for our software solutions for the optimization and digitization of logistics processes to  companies from various industries in Poland
• You will identify potential customers and approach them through various channels
• You will develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation in close collaboration with your manager
• In collaboration with our marketing you will also support the inbound lead generation
• You will support our Account Executives in the qualification of leads

Your profile

• You enjoy customer communication & sales
• A pro-active and can-do attitude is what sets you apart
• You are able to prioritise own workload, enjoy working as part of a team as well as own initiative.
• Good communication skills both oral and written, customer focus and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Polish and English. Additional regional language skills from East Europe and a faible for logistics are an advantage.
• Good skills in Microsoft 365 and the use of a CRM system.
