Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our corporate marketing team. This role is focused on developing and managing marketing programs with our key partners to drive mutual growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to create and execute marketing strategies that align with both our business objectives and our partners’ goals. Fluency in English and German is required, and experience in B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics is preferred.
- Partner Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support business growth and achieve joint objectives with key partners.
- Program Management: Plan, execute, and manage joint marketing programs and campaigns, including co-branded content, events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and maximize collaboration opportunities.
- Content Creation: Work with partners to create co-branded and joint content that drives engagement and generates leads. Ensure content aligns with both partners’ brands and marketing goals.
- Partner Portal Utilization: Leverage partner portals effectively to manage and distribute marketing assets, track partner engagement, and facilitate communication. Ensure partners are trained and supported in using the portal to maximize its benefits.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing programs. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI and key metrics.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, partner needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Corporate Marketing) and external partners to align marketing strategies and share best practices.
