- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Implement the company’s commercial policy and define the best strategy for the French market in alignment with management.
- Target vertical markets and craft the appropriate sales pitch.
- Organize commercial outreach initiatives.
- Support salespeople during meetings with strategic clients and in negotiating key deals.
- Manage and retain the company’s major clients.
- Coordinate joint actions with marketing throughout the year.
- Maximize sales (ARR).
- Motivate the sales team.
- Define and coordinate the actions of all sales staff (SDR / AM / AE / Partner Manager).
- Monitor achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales techniques.
- Oversee sales activity.
- Enforce CRM and order management processes.
