Interim HR Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
To support critical global HR initiatives, we are seeking an experienced Interim HR Project Manager (all genders) to drive the execution of key international HR projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities, intercultural fluency, and knowledge of international labor law and compensation frameworks. 

1. HR Compliance & Standards 
  • Support the implementation of a global ISO 27001 certification from an HR perspective
  • Review and align employment contract templates globally with respect to GDP, data privacy, security protocols, IP rights, and non-compete clauses
2. Employment Law & Contract Management 
  • Harmonize and standardize global employment contracts in terms of content, structure, and legal consistency
  • Introduce bilingual templates (local language & English) to support a global corporate language and standard
3. Compensation & Benefits 
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarks
  • Develop a fair, transparent, and globally aligned P4P compensation model that supports equal pay and reflects local market practices
4. Strategic Workforce Planning & New Work Models 
  • Research and conceptualize a global approach to replacing phased retirement models (e.g. Altersteilzeit) with flexible long-term working time accounts
Your profile
We are seeking an HR professional with a proven track record in leading complex, international HR projects within dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on and down-to-earth, combining expertise in global employment law and compensation structures with strong project management discipline and business acumen. 
You are someone who thrives in transformation settings, is naturally structured, and knows how to bring clarity and progress into ambiguity. You have an innate sense of ownership, a sharp eye for compliance and detail, and you know how to balance standardization with local relevance. 
We value candidates who can navigate across cultures, build trust quickly, and communicate with clarity and empathy. If you are solution-oriented, diplomatic, and driven by making a measurable impact in a global HR setup - we would love to hear from you. 

You likely bring: 

  • A background in HR project management, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
  • Solid experience in contract frameworks, international compliance, and compensation benchmarking
  • A sharp, analytical mindset combined with pragmatic execution
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders, legal advisors, and functional leaders
  • A high level of integrity, resilience, and adaptability
  • Fluency in English (German or other European languages are a plus)
