Your mission
To support critical global HR initiatives, we are seeking an experienced Interim HR Project Manager (all genders) to drive the execution of key international HR projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities, intercultural fluency, and knowledge of international labor law and compensation frameworks.

- Support the implementation of a global ISO 27001 certification from an HR perspective
- Review and align employment contract templates globally with respect to GDP, data privacy, security protocols, IP rights, and non-compete clauses
- Harmonize and standardize global employment contracts in terms of content, structure, and legal consistency
- Introduce bilingual templates (local language & English) to support a global corporate language and standard
- Conduct global compensation benchmarks
- Develop a fair, transparent, and globally aligned P4P compensation model that supports equal pay and reflects local market practices
- Research and conceptualize a global approach to replacing phased retirement models (e.g. Altersteilzeit) with flexible long-term working time accounts
