Are you passionate about software solutions, customer projects and international project management in the world of logistics? Perfect. In this role, you will build up and develop a global project management office (PMO). Together with the global Project Managers and Professional Services teams you will contribute to a successful delivery of our PTV customers projects and professional services -  in quality, in time and in budget - efficiently, sustainably and with real added value.

• You will build up a PTV global project management office with responsibilities on project governance & methodology, project reporting & monitoring, resource and capacity planning and project management support
• Together with the global Project Managers and your VP Professional Services you will implement standardized project approaches based on the experiences and best practices of our PTV implementation projects, creating and providing templates and tools to continuously improve PTV project and services governance.
• You will own and evolve a PM tool landscape – from selecting the right PM software to implementing and managing the PM software throughout the PTV Professional Services organization
• For all PTV projects and professional services and in cooperation with internal services you will create and manage comprehensive dashboards and KPI systems for project health, financial figures, and risk reporting to ensure best transparency on professional services and project performance
• In cooperation with the Professional Services heads, the global Project Managers and the VP Professional Services you will actively contribute to efficient and balanced resource planning of the consultants and project managers with a view to the profitability and skillset of the services and projects provided.
• You will actively support the project managers within specific projects always having a focused look on the project KPIs “in time”, “in quality” and “in budget”, as well as indicate needed change request processes
• You will play an active role in defining and elaborating legal templates for project management and professional services such as statement of works, services offerings and contracts in cooperation with Sales, Legal and your VP Professional Services
• And when things go wrong, you remain calm and solution-oriented relying on your professional project management background in software industry
