Your mission
As a trusted advisor to the Sales leadership team, the VP Global Sales Operations (reporting to the CCO) provides the thought leadership, and change management oversight and support required to drive continuous improvement in sales performance in terms of pipeline health, forecast reliability and hiring effectiveness.
- Providing the insight and recommendation required by the Sales leadership team to appreciate the advantages and benefits of changing the status quo, as well as the related effort and risk of change.
- Leading and thus working collaboratively with the Sales Ops team to ensure management information and dashboards are fit for purposes.
- Ensuring a baseline is defined for sales efficacy, efficiency, and effectiveness against which to measure the success of sales performance improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for sales performance improvement.
- Providing advice and coaching to the Sales leadership team to help them agree change priorities and figure out the right solutions for sales performance improvement.
- Supporting the Sales leadership team in every aspect of change management, with the aim of driving the behavioral change required at all levels in the Sales organization to realize the maximum impact from sales performance improvements initiatives.
- Supporting the Sales leadership team in improving their execution of the sales management Rhythm of Business.
- Ensure proper Sales enablement for the entire Salesforce.
- Driving and facilitating effective cross-functional teamwork, especially with Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and HR, in the interest of sales performance improvement.
