At PTV Logistics, we empower businesses to optimize their transport and logistics processes with innovative SaaS solutions. Our technology enables smarter route planning, sustainable supply chains, and efficient fleet management. We are expanding in the Benelux region and are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Benelux region, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring our SaaS solutions align with their logistics operations and strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for growth or risk of churn.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and strategy.
• Facilitate renewals and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of SaaS business models and customer success practices.
• Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation market in the Benelux region.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in Dutch and English (French would be a plus).
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed.

You will ensure our SaaS solutions deliver maximum value, foster long-term relationships, and drive customer growth and retention. This role requires a mix of relationship management, technical knowledge, and market expertise.
