- You are a sparring partner, source of inspiration, coach and challenger for our national and international management teams - at eye level and with vision.
- You actively support strategic changes and their operational implementation, growth scenarios and cultural change.
- You initiate and support the digitalization and automation of non-standard HR topics. At the same time, you support the processing of employment contracts and contract amendments - with a clear focus on efficiency and quality.
- You bring our HR processes to a global level and thus contribute to the professionalization and harmonization of international HR standards.
- You analyze future personnel needs and skills requirements of your specialist departments and derive targeted measures from this in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition.
- You work closely with international stakeholders and our works council and bring perspectives to global projects.
