Renewal Management
Metrics & Reporting
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer segment ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals
- Proactively engage with customers 120-180 days in advance to discuss contract terms, address concerns, and secure renewals
- Ensure timely and accurate renewal communications, including notifications, reminders, and follow-up sequences
- Track and report renewal forecasts, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Dynamics)
- Develop and implement scalable renewal processes that can be tailored to different regional, product, or vertical requirements
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop targeted strategies to address churn risks in collaboration with internal teams
- Recognize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services during renewal discussions
- Drive increased renewal rates and support achievement of revenue targets tied to renewals and expansions
Metrics & Reporting
- Measure, analyze, and report on key renewal metrics including renewal rates, churn rates, Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Provide accurate renewal forecasting to support business planning and revenue projections
- Use data to iterate on renewal processes and programs to maximize customer retention and ROI
- Provide feedback and insights to leadership on ways to improve the renewal process and overall customer experience
