Your mission
As a RevOps Toolstack Expert at PTV Logistics, you will oversee, maintain, and support the Revenue toolstack that powers our Revenue Operations Engine—ensuring tools are connected properly, data flows correctly, and the ecosystem remains accurate, hygienic, and scalable. Reporting into Revenue Operations, this role is crucial to enabling reliable operations and reporting across teams by keeping our systems aligned and understood.
You will be the functional owner for toolstack administration, connectors, and operational support across tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Chargebee or PandaDoc, among others. In addition, you will own the enablement layer: documenting processes, creating training materials, and ensuring revenue teams use the toolstack consistently.

- Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the RevOps toolstack
- Manage user access frameworks, configurations, and operational support for core tools
- Maintain tool health: reliability, performance, and fit-for-purpose configurations as processes evolve
- Own connectors/integrations between tools to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent data flow
- Monitor and improve data synchronization logic, field mapping, and integration behavior to prevent reporting breaks
- Partner with CRM Business Admin and RevOps Data Analyst to ensure integrations support process and metrics consistency
- Define and document standard operating procedures for how revenue teams should use the toolstack
- Create playbooks, templates, and training documentation to keep teams aligned and productive
- Maintain a single source of truth knowledge base for tool usage, workflows, and FAQs
- Support revenue teams (Marketing, Sales, OM) with tooling questions, workflows, and best-practice guidance
- Coordinate tool changes/releases (communication, documentation updates, enablement rollouts)
- Evaluate new tooling needs and improvements, and support selection/implementation with RevOps leadership
