What You’ll Do
Own and scale the tech-touch / self-service motion across the bowtie funnel. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for self-service and tech-touch channels across the customer lifecycle.
- Optimizethe digital funnel to increase acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Design and implement data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives with overall businessobjectives.
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and measureimpactof campaigns.
- Own marketing automation, personalization, and self-service onboarding flows.
- Set up andmaintaina scalable reporting and analytics dashboard to track funnel performance, calculate ROI, andprovideactionable insights for growth optimization.

- Proven experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS orlogisticstech.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, marketing automation, and self-service strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Architect theselfservicefunnel: Define ICPs, journeys, and messaging; build onboarding, activation, and expansion loops that scale.
- Run experimentation at pace: A/B and multivariate testing across pages, pricing, packaging, and paywalls; deployAIdrivenrecommendations to lift conversion and LTV.
- Own growth automation: Implement lifecycle flows (acquisition → activation → retention → expansion) using HubSpot/Marketo +Microsoft DynamicsCRM; instrument events & attributionendtoend.
- Lead omnichannel & marketplace growth: Integrate industry B2B marketplaces (catalog sync, pricing, order management) toacquirenetnew, expand internationally, and boost visibility.
- Partner across Sales & CS: Align with field sales and indirect/channel teams to ensure consistent product info, pricing, promotions,and handoffsfor larger enterprise accounts.
- Measure and maximize performance: Ship dashboards for CVR, activation, payback, CAC, LTV, NRR, ARR viaselfservice, marketplace ROI; iterate fast on insights.
