Your mission
As an Interim Senior Recruiter (m/f/d), you will support our company during a critical phase and take on a key role in operational recruiting on a temporary basis. Your main focus will be end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing across various talent segments. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure fast and high-quality hiring outcomes.

- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from role intake and interviews through to contract signing.
- You proactively identify and engage qualified candidates via active sourcing, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing channels.
- You build effective talent pools and maintain sustainable relationships with candidates.
- You conduct structured interviews and professionally guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- You provide pragmatic advice to hiring managers on search strategies, talent market availability and role requirements.
- You work closely with HR Business Partners and act as an operational interface between HR and the business.
- You ensure a positive and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- You use existing recruiting tools efficiently (ATS, sourcing tools) and keep processes lean and effective.
- You ensure compliance with labor law and data protection regulations throughout the recruiting process.
- You track key metrics such as time-to-hire and derive actionable improvements.
- You contribute practical ideas to improve recruiting processes and interview formats, with a strong focus on speed and quality.
