Deine Aufgaben
- Befristet auf ein Jahr - 

Als Global Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Strategie. Du agierst als Sparringspartner*in für das Management, entwickelst innovative Prozesse und steuerst sämtliche Maßnahmen entlang des Talent Acquisition Funnels. 
 
 Advisory & Strategic Partnership 
  • Du berätst Führungskräfte strategisch in allen Fragen rund um Talentgewinnung und Personalplanung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem HR Business Partner-Team und dem C-Level zusammen, um bedarfsgerechte Recruiting-Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Recruitment & Active Sourcing 
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Anforderungsanalyse über Interviews bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.
  • Du identifizierst proaktiv Talente über Active Sourcing, baust Talent Pools auf und entwickelst nachhaltige Kandidatenbeziehungen.
Planning & Strategy 
  • Du entwickelst eine langfristige Talent Acquisition Roadmap in Abstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  • Du planst Kapazitäten, forecastest Personalbedarfe und definierst strategische Suchkanäle.
Process Excellence & Compliance 
  • Du optimierst kontinuierlich Prozesse, Tools und Candidate Journeys mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit auf globalem Level.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Recruiting-Aktivitäten rechtlich compliant und datenschutzkonform sind.
Employer Branding 
  • Du stärkst unsere Arbeitgebermarke – in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing – über zielgerichtete Kampagnen, Content und Plattformstrategien.
  • Du sorgst für eine authentische, moderne und attraktive Candidate Experience.
Metrics & Analytics 
  • Du entwickelst KPIs und Dashboards zur Performance-Messung aller Recruiting-Aktivitäten.
  • Du nutzt datenbasierte Insights zur Optimierung von Zeit- und Kostenkennzahlen (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire etc.).
Talent Segmentation 
  • Du differenzierst Recruiting-Strategien entlang relevanter Talentsegmente (z. B. Tech, Commercial, Operations).
  • Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Ansprachen und Auswahlverfahren für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im internationalen oder schnell skalierenden Umfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Active Sourcing und dem Aufbau strategischer Talentpools
  • Strategischer Blick gepaart mit operativer Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung mit Recruiting-Tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcing-Tech) und HR-Analytics
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Employer Branding, Interviewführung, Prozessdesign und Recruiting-Compliance
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus

Your mission
As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d), you will play a central role in setting up and developing our recruiting strategy. You will act as a sparring partner for management, develop innovative processes and manage all measures along the talent acquisition funnel. 
 
 Advisory & Strategic Partnership 
  •  You will provide strategic advice to managers on all matters relating to talent acquisition and HR planning.
  • You work closely with the HR Business Partner team and the C-level to develop needs-based recruiting solutions.
Recruitment & Active Sourcing 
  •  You manage the entire recruiting process - from requirements analysis and interviews to signing contracts.
  • You proactively identify talent via active sourcing, build talent pools and develop sustainable candidate relationships.
Planning & Strategy 
  • You develop a long-term talent acquisition roadmap in line with the company's objectives.
  • You plan capacities, forecast personnel requirements and define strategic search channels.
Process Excellence & Compliance 
  •  You continuously optimize processes, tools and candidate journeys with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability on a global level.
  • You ensure that all recruiting activities are legally and data protection compliant
Employer Branding 
  •  You strengthen our employer brand - in collaboration with Marketing - through targeted campaigns, content and platform strategies.
  • You ensure an authentic, modern and attractive candidate experience.
Metrics & Analytics 
  • You develop KPIs and dashboards to measure the performance of all recruiting activities.
  • You use data-based insights to optimize time and cost metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Talent Segmentation 
  • You differentiate recruiting strategies along relevant talent segments (e.g. tech, commercial, operations).
  • You develop customized approaches and selection procedures for different target groups.
Your profile
  • Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an international or rapidly scaling environment
  • Experience in active sourcing and building strategic talent pools
  • Strategic view paired with operational implementation skills
  • Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcing-Tech) and HR analytics
  • Very good knowledge of employer branding, interviewing, process design and recruiting compliance
  • Strong communication skills, consulting skills and a high service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
