1. Act as part of a team of product managers
2. Support the CPO in defining and refining vision, opportunities and goals. 

• Participate in desirability, feasibility and value discussions. 
• Participate in defining measurable success metrics. 
• Identify priority changes based on feedback and risk. 

3. Assure data driven and entrepreneurial understanding of market, customer and business needs. 

• Advocate for and maintain a deep connection with customer needs through empathy, direct engagement and structured feedback mechanisms.  
• Setup, maintain and continuously share opportunity analysis, competitor activities, and trends. 

4. Collaborate with all departments to assure mutual understanding. 

• Act as a liaison between all stakeholders, ensuring everybody understands the "why" behind product decisions. 
• Keep teams and stakeholders up to date about outcomes and progress. 
• Participate in events of and for other departments. 
• Participate in engineering department ceremonies. 
• Lead product backlog refinement.
