FP&A Working Student (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Working Student to join our FP&A team.

You will not just be crunching numbers — you will help build the narrative behind the data. This is a hands-on role supporting reporting, KPI tracking, and financial model maintenance.

Support the monthly reporting process by updating relevant files and segmenting SaaS metrics
Assist with variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast)
Maintain and optimize financial models in Excel
Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects
Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Help streamline processes within the FP&A function

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
Interest in SaaS business models and recurring revenue structures
Fluent in English and German
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with raw and structured data
