Specialist (m/f/d) Group Accounting - IFRS

Focus on group accounting under IFRS, preparing, reviewing, and consolidating reporting packages for monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements.

Contribute actively to IFRS consolidated financial statements and support complex accounting and consolidation issues.

Serve as a subject-matter expert and key contact for IFRS matters, collaborating closely with group entities and external auditors.

Monitor IFRS standard changes, assess their impact, and support the development and update of group-wide accounting policies.

Apply knowledge of international tax matters—such as deferred taxes, transfer pricing, and tax effects in consolidation—directly in group accounting.

Support group-wide transformation projects, including ERP and consolidation system implementations, scope changes, and enhancements to group reporting.

Drive continuous improvement of processes, guidelines, and internal controls within group accounting.

Prepare financial analyses, variance reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for group management.

Degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on (Group) Accounting, Finance, or Controlling.

Several years of IFRS group accounting experience, ideally within an international corporate environment.

Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and high personal initiative drive accurate and efficient reporting.

Solid understanding of international tax matters in financial reporting is a plus.

IT-savvy with strong numbers and process acumen; experience with SAP, LucaNet, or similar consolidation and reporting tools is an advantage.

Fluent German and business-fluent English enable confident communication across global teams.
