We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Working Student to support the maintenance and operation of PTV Route Optimiser ST, a professional route optimization solution used in logistics and transport planning.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced routing software, SQL databases, and real-world IT systems while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Assist in updating and maintaining the PTV Route Optimiser ST application
Support the management and maintenance of SQL databases
Help monitor and manage data imports, exports, and validation processes
Assist with basic troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues
Support internal teams and occasionally help explain updates or system changes to customers
Contribute to maintaining smooth system performance and documentation
