You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, user and permission management, as well as the installation, maintenance, and security of hardware and software. With your customer-oriented mindset, solid technical expertise, and structured working style, you will play an important role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT services.
- Handle and resolve incoming requests in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Efficiently process support tickets in compliance with defined SLAs using Atlassian ServiceDesk
- Install, maintain, and manage hardware and software
- Support the configuration and use of workplace IT equipment
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Ensure data security and proper access control
- Support and maintain the Teams-based telephony solution
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users to ensure effective use of IT resources
