RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d)

To drive this forward, we are looking for a dynamic RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) who will build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our revenue engine - with our subscription management platform, Chargebee, at the heart of it. As a systems thinker who thrives on turning business requirements into scalable workflows and actionable insights, your work with us spans:

• You lead and hands-on build our Chargebee instance into a scalable system that runs all our subscriptions: product and price catalogue, subscription lifecycle, billing and invoicing logic, entitlements, and the integrations to our CRM and wider tool landscape.
• You lead our systems team to evolve our GTM technology stack, and lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption - championing continuous improvement across our revenue operations ecosystem.
• You design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approval processes across our CRM and subscription systems.
• You translate our commercial model - renewals, upsells, downsells, contractions, and price changes - into clean, automated configuration in Chargebee, and keep quote-to-cash running without manual workarounds.
• You partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks, design and optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows, and establish governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

If you are ready to take ownership of the architecture and optimization of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, you bring:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have hands-on, in-depth experience administering a subscription management or billing platform - Chargebee strongly preferred (alternatives such as Zuora, Recurly, or Stripe Billing considered). This is a core requirement: you have configured product and pricing catalogues, subscription and renewal logic, billing rules, and integrations yourself, not only worked alongside someone who did.
• You have solid working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot, including automation, data modelling, and process design.
• You have experience integrating subscription and billing data with CRM and ERP systems, and understand where subscription data must reconcile with finance.
• You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from lead management and pipeline creation to customer expansion and renewal, and a proven ability to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building scalable solutions from the ground up, backed by excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
