Your mission
  • Partner Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support business growth and achieve joint objectives with key partners.
  • Program Management: Plan, execute, and manage joint marketing programs and campaigns, including co-branded content, events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and maximize collaboration opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Work with partners to create co-branded and joint content that drives engagement and generates leads. Ensure content aligns with both partners’ brands and marketing goals.
  • Partner Portal Utilization: Leverage partner portals effectively to manage and distribute marketing assets, track partner engagement, and facilitate communication. Ensure partners are trained and supported in using the portal to maximize its benefits.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing programs. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI and key metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, partner needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Corporate Marketing) and external partners to align marketing strategies and share best practices.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role, preferably within B2B SaaS and/or Transport & Logistics sectors.
    • Proven experience in developing and managing successful partner marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Skills:
    • Strong ability to build and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua).
    • Experience in creating and managing content for joint marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or WordPress and email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus.
  • Attributes:
    • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Customer-focused with a passion for understanding and meeting partner needs.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
