Your mission

You will be part of the PTV Sales team for Eastern Europe in Warsaw where you will provide support for the success of our clients.   

• Managing and growing relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Providing first-level technical support
• Onboard and train new clients to ensure seamless product setup and effective usage.
• Ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Gathering customer feedback and communicating product improvement suggestions to the development team.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer use of the company’s products and services.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Your profile

• You have at least a bachelor degree (or equivalent through experience)
• You have 3-5 years of experience in providing cloud solutions to customers / in similar roles
• Ability to manipulate data and workflows with integration tools, basic programming skills
• You have a good understanding software integration (API) and project management
• You can empathise with the customer's transport logistics & other business processes
• You are strongly customer-oriented: good at relationship management. You are not afraid of communication and social interaction
• Knowledge of logistics and business processes, or strong predisposition to acquire it
• You are analytical, accurate, flexible and like to take initiative
• Fluent in Polish and English. Additional Czech language skills are an advantage
