Your mission
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the Compliance Department and lead company-wide cross-functional projects related to regulatory, operational, and strategic compliance topics. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills and the ability to engage deeply with complex content to support initiatives across areas such as ISO 27001 implementation, internal policy rollouts, ESG reporting and other company-wide projects to create more value.
We are looking for someone who is structured, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives forward independently while engaging and aligning with various stakeholders across the organization.

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across a diverse range of compliance-related topics.
- Define project scopes, timelines, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones, manage budgets, track dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Ensure effective documentation and reporting of project progress, decisions, and outcomes.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (e.g., Legal, IT, Procurement, ..) to understand project content in depth.
- Translate complex regulatory or operational topics into actionable project plans.
- Review and contribute to documentation, policies, templates, and frameworks.
- Support the implementation of best practices, compliance standards, and internal controls.
- Coordinate across multiple departments including Legal, IT and Procurement.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and decision-making forums.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ensure projects support the organization’s compliance posture and risk mitigation goals.
- Assist in change management and training activities related to the implementation of new processes, tools, or policies.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal compliance project frameworks.
