Your mission
As the Head of SDR, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our SDR organization. You’ll lead a team of talented Sales Development Representatives, own the pipeline generation strategy, and ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing SDR team across multiple regions.
- Define and execute a scalable SDR strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets.
- Partner with Marketing to refine lead scoring, handoff processes, and campaign performance.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Drive outbound excellence through tailored outreach, data-driven experimentation, and continuous enablement.
- Manage and optimize the SDR tech stack.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve territory design, reporting accuracy, and process automation.
- Hire, train, and mentor SDR to ensure strong career progression and retention.
