Head of Sales Development (m/f/d) - B2B SaaS

Your mission
As the Head of SDR, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our SDR organization. You’ll lead a team of talented Sales Development Representatives, own the pipeline generation strategy, and ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. 
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing SDR team across multiple regions.
  • Define and execute a scalable SDR strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine lead scoringhandoff processes, and campaign performance.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Drive outbound excellence through tailored outreach, data-driven experimentation, and continuous enablement.
  • Manage and optimize the SDR tech stack.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve territory designreporting accuracy, and process automation.
  • Hire, train, and mentor SDR to ensure strong career progression and retention.
Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience leading SDR or Inside Sales teams in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalablerepeatable pipeline-generation processes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and metrics (CAC, pipeline velocity, SQL conversion, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Exceptional leadershipcoaching, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach — you’re equally comfortable building the playbook and rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
